Thanks to our amazing friends with Groveland Trail Heads, we had some very much needed TLC provided around camp! By addressing ruts in our paths and uneven grades, our camp is now even more accessible via wheelchair and other mobility aides. Our campers can now enter the archery range, travel up and down our roads, and even explore around Frog Pond with ease.

Thank you to Dwight and the rest of the team for all you do! Your hard work will make a real impact on the experience of our campers all summer long 🌞

Hello All!

As a reminder:
Applications for alumni/returning campers will open next Monday, January 19th at 8am PST.
Applications for new campers will open the following Monday, January 26th at 8am PST.

Below is some more information regarding camper application/registration:

1.Applications are not considered registration. Campers will be officially "registered" for camp after an intake call has been completed with one of our staff.

2.Unpaid balances from 2025 could result in losing your spot at camp for 2026. You will have one month from the date of the intake call to pay off your previous balance before your spot will be given to someone else.

3.If you have an existing account for a camper, please reapply using the same account so that we do not have duplicate profiles for campers.

4.Please only apply for Session 1 if you are a United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) camper attending camp with director, Chris Martin.

5. New this year for family camps: for Session 6 (Family Camp 1), Session 7 (Family Camp 2), or Session 8 (Family Camp 3) apply as the primary camper only NOT as the parent. The primary camper is the camper with special needs that will be receiving respite care. All additional family members will be added to your account during the intake call.

6. Please allow 2-4 weeks after submitting your application to set up your intake call. We will work through the applications as they come in but have only two staff to schedule and facilitate calls for hundreds of campers. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

7. For any questions regarding camp applications or registrations, please email [email protected] or [email protected].

Thank you for supporting Camp Tuolumne Trails!

Camp Tuolumne Trails held a going-away party last week for Jacqui who has worked at CTT for the past 7+ years in various roles. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations. She knows the challenges of working with the disabled community and is a wealth of knowledge, deep understanding and compassion for caring for its campers. She will surely be missed by everyone who had the opportunity to meet and/or work with her. Good luck Jacqui!
