The City of Mascotte and Stuckey Community Improvement Group (SCIG) Present:

🍞 The Second Annual Rural Summer Meals for Kids & Teens🍞

📆 Every Monday, June 15 – August 3, 2026
🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 15749 Stuckey Loop, Groveland, FL 34736
(In Stuckey, off Hwy 50 at the old St. Paul AME Church)

🥪 FREE meals for 7 days for ALL children and teens 18 & under
🚗 DRIVE-UP distribution

Donald C. Wickham, a founder of the Community Foundation of South Lake, dedicated his life to improving community health and welfare. His vision helped bring quality healthcare and health-related services to South Lake County.
In honor of his legacy—and the nursing tradition in his family—the Donald C. Wickham Scholarship awards one $1,000 scholarship each year to a student pursuing nursing or other health-related fields that strengthen community well-being.
✅ Eligible Students: HS Seniors who reside in South Lake County, including: Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, Montverde, Ferndale, and unincorporated South Lake County

🎓 Clermont High School Alumni Scholarship Applications Open! 🎓
Clermont High School served our community for many years before becoming part of South Lake High School in 1993 through its consolidation with Groveland High School. Today, the Clermont High School Alumni Association remains active, gathering annually for reunions and continuing the legacy of pride and support for future generations.
To honor this history, the CHSAA established a scholarship recognizing high school seniors.
🌟 Applications for the 2025–2026 cycle are now open!
💰 Up to FIVE $2,000 awards are available.
Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ GPA of 2.5 or higher
✔️ Must be a graduating high school senior (any U.S. high school or homeschool)
✔️ Must have a family member who attended Clermont High School
✔️ Planning to study at any accredited U.S. vocational‑technical school, college, or university
This opportunity is open to students anywhere in the U.S. as long as they meet the alumni‑family requirement.

To Our Groveland Neighbors Impacted by the Kroger Delivery Fulfillment Center Closure:

If you or your family are having difficulty putting food on your table, please reach out or visit our website www.tncsl.org to explore the services that we provide.

Our pantry services are available four days a week to provide nutritious groceries to families in need, no proof of income required. In addition, we also offer meals to school age children during school breaks of one week or more and help you find understanding vital community assistance programs (such as SNAP benefits, housing assistance, health clinic referrals, and more), we have a network of agencies and services who can help.
