Yesterday, our community came together to celebrate America's 250th Birthday, and we're still overwhelmed by the love and support we witnessed.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who came out to celebrate with us. Seeing so many families, friends, neighbors, and visitors filling the grounds, laughing together, enjoying the music, making memories, and simply spending time together was more than we could have ever hoped for. The turnout was absolutely incredible, far beyond anything we imagined, and our hearts are so full because of each and every one of you.

An event like this doesn't happen without an amazing team of people working behind the scenes. To our volunteers, vendors, entertainers, community partners, and everyone who donated their time, talents, and resources, thank you. Whether you spent months planning, helped with setup, worked throughout the day, or stayed late to clean up, your hard work made this celebration possible. We are forever grateful for your dedication.

This celebration wasn't about having the biggest event or the fanciest attractions. It was about bringing our community together to celebrate a historic milestone, and because of all of you, that's exactly what happened. The smiles on children's faces, neighbors reconnecting, families making memories, and the overwhelming sense of community throughout the day reminded us why events like this matter so much.

Yesterday was more than just a celebration of America's 250th Birthday, it was a celebration of our community. It showed what can happen when people come together with generous hearts and hometown pride. Those memories will stay with us for years to come.

Thank you for making this one of the most successful and memorable events we've ever had. We truly couldn't have done it without every one of you, and we are so honored to be part of a community that showed up in such an amazing way.

Here's to the memories we made, the friendships we celebrated, and the community that made it all possible.

Join us on July 11th for an all-day, high-energy celebration honoring 250 years of America! This is one event you do not want to miss!

📍 Location: VFW Post 519
220 Blair St. Grove City, PA 16127

🕑 Time: 2:00 PM – Close

🎟️ Open to the Public – Everyone Welcome!

We’re kicking off the celebration with an amazing live outdoor performance by Perfect Storm from 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM, bringing the perfect summer soundtrack to start the party right.

🔥 Afternoon Fun (Outdoor Festivities)

• Live music by Perfect Storm
• Co****le games & friendly competition
• Dunk tank — try your luck dunking the Commander, bartenders, and bar manager!
• 50/50 raffle

🍔 All-You-Can-Eat Cookout!
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Come hungry! We’ll be serving up a full summer feast including:

• Hamburgers
• Hot dogs
• Macaroni salad
• Baked beans
• Dessert

💲 Pricing:

• $10 per adult (all you can eat)
• $6 for kids 10 and under

🎧 Evening Celebration (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

DJ Joey Dub takes over with high-energy music, dancing, and party vibes to keep the celebration going all night long!

• All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from VFW Post 519
• All alcoholic beverages must remain on VFW Post 519 property
• Outdoor liquor license in effect — enjoy drinks outside all day!
• Rain or shine event — festivities will move indoors if needed
