This past Tuesday, we had our first meeting as a new family troop. Now both young women and young men can join us on our adventures! We also changed rooms! We started in our regular room, and by the night's end, we moved into the same space as the Scouting Closet of Grove City. It now occupies the front of the room, and we utilize the back. It's also Rodney approved! We celebrated with desserts and games, and then added two new scouts to our rank board!

Our annual Camp Chickasaw campout is a little earlier this year. Only one night as once again the rain and storms have other plans. And since we’ve had so much rain we had to use other modes of transportation to get our gear across the creek. Still, much laughter, fun, and memories have already been made. We are grateful to Tyson for maintaining such beautiful camp for the area youth to enjoy!
