Rick Powell, Grand Worthy President of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, joined Wright Aerie #2641 in Fairborn, Ohio, in 1982. He has held most Aerie offices and served for 23 years as Aerie Auditor. He is an Ohio Past State President and served as Director of the Ohio State Eagles Family Recreation Park for 10 years. e Aerie now. Brother Rick was the Worthy President on the Fairborn Ritual Team, which has been Ohio State Champions four times and Grand Aerie Champions three times. He also serves as Worthy President on class B-3 teams that have been Ohio State Champions five times and Grand Aerie Champions twice. He has been honored as All-Star Worthy President five times in Ohio State Competition. Brother Rick was a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors, a provider of financial planning and wealth management services. He and his business partner managed more than $120,000,000 in assets for their clients. He is currently a liaison between the Board of Grand Trustees and the Grand Aerie Investment Board, where his financial and investment skills serve as a valuable asset to our Order. He and his wife, Alma, have two sons and two granddaughters. Brother Rick has donated more than 20 gallons of blood at a local community blood center. He loves to fish when time permits and always enjoys spending time with his Eagle brothers and sisters.
