What a great weekend to our super amazing year. Celebrated my "Homecoming" with my partner PGMP Becky, my family, Grand Aerie Officers and spouses, Grand Aerie Staff, our Legal Advisor, my Casper #306 and Wyoming brothers and sisters. A weekend of golfing, dart tournament, pull tabs and pickles, karaoke, cribbage tournament, socializing and ending the weekend celebration with a fantastic meal. Thank you Judy Hawley for putting my name and being presented the Quilt of Valor - a very humbling experience, thank you Bobby for the 10 Commandments Boss Whiskey and Crystal for the great birthday cake. Thank you all so much for your support over the years and especially this past year as I served as your Grand Worthy President.

My Brothers and Sisters. We have just completed a wonderful Fraternal Order of Eagles International Convention in New Orleans, LA. There was a great turnout of delegates and non-delegates with over 2,500 in attendance. Running the Aerie meeting was my last official act as your Grand Worthy President. It has been my honor representing each and everyone of you this year. Thanks to all of you, my Special Charity of Autism Awareness - we raised over $300,000.00. Thank you all for your Friendship, Hospitality and Charity donations.

Good morning Brothers and Sisters. The Grand Convention has started. A few pictures of the past few days. Dart Tournament, Putt Putt Golf Tournament (Thank you Pam Boyd for a great job, and thanks to Mark Cleveland for building the course) and God, Flag and Country. What an amazing 12 10-15yr olds did an outstanding job. A few open houses have started. The weather is a bit warm and humid.

A great trip to New Orleans in preparation for our International Convention. We stopped-in and visited North Platte, NE Aerie #2839, St. Joseph, MO Aerie #49, Nevada, MO Aerie #3770 and d'Iberville, MS Gulf Coast Aerie #4535. Looking forward to seeing all the Brothers and Sisters and having a Great Convention.

I played in the international Golf Tournament this past weekend. There were 46 teams that all had a great time. Thank You Zanesville Aerie and Auxiliary #302 and Doug Geyer, Chairman for all the hard work putting on a great tournament. It was great to see your International Sports Director's Robbie Wilson and Kevin Kressley. Thank you for the great donation to my special project of Autism Awareness. See everyone in a few weeks in New Orleans!

Great last few days. We did stop-in visits at Millville Aerie #1836, Bridgeton Aerie #2127 and Salem Aerie #1966 all in New Jersey and yesterday we spent time at Wilmington Aerie #74. Today we head home until the Grand Aerie international FOE Golf Tournament on July 20 & 21.

July 4th was spent at Ocean View/Sussex Aerie #4528. We enjoyed our time joining the members for their annual July 4th celebration. Thank you for the generous donation to Bridge to the Cure. We watched from our hotel deck the fireworks put on at Dewey Beach, DE - amazing fireworks. We are on our way to New Jersey to do some stop-in visits today.
