Community Speaks Out Community Speaks Out was formed to bring awareness of the consequences that come with abusing drugs and alcohol - one bad choice can change everything.

CSO is organized and operated to walk families through the process of getting addicted loved ones into treatment through financial and logistical assistance, and to foster community support, awareness, and education on addiction and addiction prevention.

Still time to sign up for a spot at Intl Overdose Awareness Day at Ocean Beach Park. This gathering is an opportunity to come together, remember and honor those we have lost, support those impacted by overdose, and connect with local resources and one another. Whether you have been personally affected by overdose or simply want to learn, support, and stand with your community, everyone is welcome. Together, we can remember, reduce stigma, share resources, and support one another.
