Praise God for fruitful times of networking and professional development for our Board members, volunteers, Biblical counselors, and staff!

Kim Allen and two of Legacy’s counselors were invited to attend the ACBC Biblical Counseling Conference in Nashville, TN, where they were encouraged and strengthened in their skills.

Katie Geeze and Megan O’Connor along with Jane Levis were able to attend the WIHS “Celebrate Jesus” gala to connect with other non-profit ministries in CT.

Excellent day at the Hartford Marathon in support of Legacy! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃Thanks to our Board members Megan O’Connor, Sharon Geoghan, and Denice Paul, along with our Bookkeeper, Todd Barnes for running!

Also, a huge shoutout 📣 to Legacy friend, Annmarie Van Langen, who came up with the idea and sacrificed much time and energy to coordinate the team! 💜

Fall is a busy and wonderful time!

Along with enjoying their harvest from the garden, the ladies are beginning a new book study. Additionally, they are focusing on professional learning, incorporating personal finance, interview skills, and resume writing in to their daily life at Legacy.

Praise God for changed stories + transformed hearts and minds!
