The idea was born from a simple need—Groesbeck needed a drive-through specialty coffee shop! Their goal is to provide quality products and great service, quickly, while giving our community a place that’s truly unique.

And this business has quite the story! The owners purchased the property in 2024 and spent nearly 2½ years remodeling it into the beautiful business you see today. That’s a whole lot of hard work, dedication, and love poured into a local business! 🛠️❤️

One of the things that makes The Goat Coffee so special is their connection to Groesbeck. Trent grew up here and both he and his wife have a genuine love for this community. They are incredibly grateful for the support they’ve received since opening and are committed to giving back to the community while providing exceptional products and service.
