Check: Scour your cabinets for expired or unused meds.
Clear: Bag them up.

New recruit class starting soon! This is for kids 8-18, we learn about community involvement to include our veterans, local volunteers, and police officers; we get involved in different organizations in our community by volunteering to help with fundraising, they learn importance of being active physically and mentally, how to be great leaders, and drug awareness and prevention. It’s a great youth organization for girls and boys! Come visit our unit on drill days to see if your child might be interested, and bonus is we have pretty cool uniforms! PM me for details, and please share this post. This is for anyone close to Groesbeck who doesn’t mind making the drive.

Great drill day! Our Young Marines completed their PFT’s and DDR, and enjoyed our guest speaker Game Warden Thomas Rinn! Thank you for coming to our drill and teaching them about conservation!

The Young Marines is a youth education and service program for boys and girls, ages 8 through high school. The program focuses on teaching the values of leadership, teamwork and self-discipline, so its members can live a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.

We have had a busy past couple of weekends, recruit training, thank you to Groesbeck VFD for allowing us to use their station and letting us serve them dinner. Yesterday we had the honor to help place wreaths on graves of veterans at LaSalle cemetery.

Drill last Saturday was a busy day! PFT in the morning, DDR papers to be put in newspaper 🤞, Thanksgiving lunch with local veteran Mr Griffin, thank you for coming to eat lunch with us; also our local EMS joined us for Thanksgiving meal, after lunch we had Map and compass skills. We had several ribbons awarded - academic achievement from earning 3.0 and higher, and a promotion for LCPL Michaela Bruski! Congratulations guys keep up the great work!

We have new recruits that need uniforms and some going to leadership school in El Paso soon. Please help our kids if you can.
