Today is Jesse's birthday and it's his second birthday in jail. I'm asking everyone to sign his petition for his birthday gift and help bring him home to the people that love and miss him. Thank you in advance.We are trying to get an investigation started into the injustice going on in our Federal Justice System.

Thank you for visiting this page. This page was created to bring awareness to the injustice committed against Jesse Lee Cody in a Federal court in Omaha, Nebraska the first week of November 2021. The Federal Prosecutor allowed 2 victim/witnesses to commit perjury and rewarded one of them by sealing charges against her. She also allowed a US Marshal to commit witness tampering in open court and when the Marshal was questioned about it, she admitted it. When the Prosecutor was questioned about the perjury, she stated that it wasn't her job to make sure the witnesses were creditable, that was the juries problem to figure out.
