Congratulations to River Haenfler for being selected as an IHSSA RISE representative for the 26-27 school year! As one of 12 students from across Iowa, she will serve on this leadership body for her senior year. The RISE group brings student voices to to IHSSA leadership, assists at all contests and festivals, runs IHSSA social media, promotes speech and debate in our schools and communities, creates educational content for students and coaches, and engages in community service projects. River is perfect for this new role!
