Exploring careers, discovering opportunities, and inspiring the next generation of our workforce!

Spalding Works 2026 brought local students face-to-face with the businesses, industries, organizations, and government agencies that help keep our community moving!

Over two exciting days, 8th and 9th grade students had the opportunity to explore a variety of career paths through hands-on demonstrations, interactive experiences, and conversations with professionals working in those fields every day.

A HUGE thank you to all of the businesses and community partners who took the time to share their knowledge, showcase their industries, and help our students see the possibilities for their futures!

Special thanks to The Griffin-Spalding County School System, Griffin GA , Southern Crescent Technical College , and Griffin Region College and Career Academy for helping make this incredible career exploration experience possible!

The future of our local workforce is bright, and we're proud to be part of connecting today's students with tomorrow's opportunities!
