Approximately 50% of Yuba Sutter Children are placed in homes outside of our area due to a lack of foster homes! Many of these children are placed in foster care due to circumstances beyond their control. While the children have special needs, f

If there’s one thing you can count on with Gabby, it’s a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed!

A valued part of our Gridley team, Gabby has recently taken on an expanded role supporting our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program—and she’s embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and plenty of heart.
