Nor-Cal Blue Tigers AAU Basketball Program The Nor-Cal Blue Tigers AAU basketball program ran by Coach Ellis and Coach Knowles.

The Nor-Cal Blue Tigers ran by Coach Ellis and Coach Knowles is a fairly new AAU basketball program based out of Gridley Ca. Coach Ellis former head varsity coach of Gridley high school and Coach Knowles former head JV coach decided to start this program to help develop young athletes in the off season. Coach Ellis also owns a small fitness training center in downtown Gridley called "Ohana Hands O

n training" where he trains young athletes year-round for all sports. This program will incorporate strenght and conditioning while working on fundamentals that will prepare young athletes for the high school level of play.
