SAVE THE DATE! EARN SERVICE HOURS, OR JUST COME HANG OUT! WE HAVE LOTS OF DONATED FABRIC AND YARN TO GIVE AWAY TO MAKE BEAUTIFUL BLANKETS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR! IF YOU CAN, PLEASE BRING SCISSORS AND WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO MAKE A BLANKET IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW! YOU CAN ALSO BRING 1.5 TO 2 YARDS OF NEW AND UNUSED PRINTED FLEECE (NO MINKY PLEASE!) WITH A MATCHING PIECE FOR THE BACK BLANKET. IF NOT, NO WORRIES! WE HAVE FABRIC FOR YOU TO USE!

Join The Bryan High National Honor Society for Project Linus Make a Blanket Day 2025 on March 8th, 9 AM - 1 PM here at Bryan High School! Project Linus provides handmade blankets to comfort seriously ill or traumatized children in the Greater Omaha and Council Bluffs area. Bring fleece, fabric, or a sewing machine to create blankets with us—no experience needed! A small amount of fleece will be available if you can’t bring your own. Tutorial on how to make a no sew fleece blanket. Materials: 2 yards Patterned Fleece Fabric, 2 yards Solid Color Fleece Fabric, 5x5 inch template, and Scissors.
