Hi neighbors. We have gotten several complaints on young adults, teens... riding electric type bikes on the trail. If you know of them or see them. This is not allowed. Last night they came thru around 8:08 pm. They damaged our brand new trail that has been redone, putting ruts in several places. We will be working on putting signage up and if needed other steps to mitigate this. Remember this trail is a private property trail for our HOA. If anyone catches them and can say something or let us know and we will if we see them. Thank you. Video attached. Motorized anything or even mountain bikes are not allowed.

Good morning Inverness Neighbors!
We're spreading cedar bark chips along the trail this Saturday, but we only have 2 wheelbarrows. If we had 4-5 that would be great.

Hello Everyone,

We’ve decided to forgo the HOA meeting and neighborhood BBQ this year. It’s been a busy year, and since the HOA Board is entirely volunteer-run, sometimes these extras have to take a back seat to keeping the necessary HOA business taken care of.

The annual newsletter has been sent out and includes this year’s HOA payment information. We also plan to have the neighborhood trail maintenance completed soon.

As a reminder, please help us keep the neighborhood looking nice by keeping yards maintained and weeds under control as required by our HOA rules.

If you have any questions, concerns, or HOA matters you’d like addressed, please reach out and let us know.

This is a reminder. I cannot stress this enough. PLEASE!!! If you walk your dog on our trail. Make sure to clean up any p**p. Two separate locations had large dog p**p piles right on the trail and if someone is not paying enough attention they will be stepping in it. Its rude to neighbors who also use the trail and just a common courtesy. As a fellow dog owner. I bring bags and clean up after my own. This is also part of our HOA rules and also called out on our signage. Thank you!

Good afternoon all.

A resident on 18th CT. reported a man walked down their driveway and took a picture of their residence before leaving around 11:50 am today, 2-17-26. This was captured on their security camera. If anyone has any insight and can post here or let us know and we would be happy to link up if needed to the concerned homeowner. We like to keep our neighborhood safe and unknown situations like this can be concerning for all.

Kitty is still high up in the tree. We have someone coming to help us get him/her down around 4pm. Anybody have an idea whose black cat this is?
Colleen is going to hold on to him tonight and then take him tomorrow to see if he is chipped. He’s probably cold, hungry and tired. Thank you to the Dangs for helping out with all of this.
It’s a great thing we have so many awesome neighbors here in Inverness.

Got any yard work or odd jobs you need done? We’ve got a GHS student raising funds for the band/choir trip to Disneyland and he’s willing to work! Also selling World’s Finest Chocolate. He mostly schools from home so is flexible to help during the daytime.
