Do I have to add enzymes to my food to break it down first, as my formula is partly broken as my tube bypasses my stomach? Thank you for your time."

As many of you are aware, I have no time. I love this group dearly. I cannot wait until my daughter graduates high school, as then I will have more *time* to be here. I am looking for a handful of volunteers. I need seasoned folks to PM me, and I'll tell you what I need. It is mainly reposting posts so that they reach more people. When it is reposted, it gets to more folks. I'll explain via a PM. Also, I need feedback on our website. I see that it gets a lot of views, but I have been paying out of pocket for years. I also pay out of pocket for the non-profit status. I pay for my own trips when asked to give a talk somewhere, which I will continue to do. I enjoy them that much! But I am looking for donations to offset the yearly costs. I am 55. Fresh blood isn't a bad thing, right? More vibrancy isn't a bad thing either. As husband reaches retirement age, we will be living on a fixed income. Although I look forward to it, I'll have less mad money. :)

Keto really messed his gut up. He has been off it almost a year and still dealing with sibo. While on Keto we did blended diet. Now on Kate farms 1.2 and I want off it. I am almost positive it is playing into his gut issues more.
Goal is 1800-2000 cal we need no diary, and low fodmap foods due to sibo. Thanks for any input"

I just wanted to remind everyone, if you need powdered sugar for holiday baking, if you are a blender, use your blender and regular sugar, blend, and you have powdered sugar.
