988 is a new phone number that recently went live to help people get help in a mental health crisis. Similar to 911, this line is dedicated for anyone in need of mental health assistance of any kind. It's 988.

We're remembering our son today...this would have been his 45th birthday. We simply want to thank everyone who knew Jason and ask that you light a candle today in his memory. His spirit lives on and his memory never dies. I love this video that Jennifer put together to help us remember. This is a tuff time we are all going through right now. Depression, anxiety, fear and loneliness are feelings that are very real feelings. You are not alone. Seek help. Call someone and take a minute every morning to talk to God. He hears you and knows you better than you know yourself. Don't be afraid to reach out to someone who you trust. Jason hears you and we hear you. Thank you for caring and Happy Birthday Jason!
