North Central Neighborhood Association- Gresham, OR The City of Gresham has 16 different Neighborhood Associations. Neighborhood Associations are organized and governed by residents.

The boundary of the North Central Neighborhood is as follows: Glisan Street on the north; to N.E. 202nd Avenue on the west; south to Burnside; following Burnside to 242nd (Hogan); then north to Stark where it follows the Gresham city limits to Glisan. All residents, business owners and property owners within the limits belong to the association. Active associations are recognized by the city and are given a voice regarding land use matters as well as resources to host meetings.
