The Grenada Food Pantry will have distribution this Saturday, May 23rd, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the location by the Grenada Police Department and City Auditorium. Handicapped recipients will drive through on Green Street. All others will park and come inside on the Main Street side. (If you have not recertified for the 2025-2026 year, you must complete a new application. Bring proof of income for the household, proof of residency in Grenada County and a photo ID. All recipients MUST have the 2025-2026 ID card).

VOLUNTEERS - you are needed on Thursday for bagging at 9:00 a.m. and again on Saturday, distribution day, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.

UPDATE FROM THE FOOD PANTRY!!! We will have distribution this Saturday, February 7th from 8-10. We hope and pray that most of you have power now. See you this Saturday!!

Update from the Grenada Food Pantry: We are postponing our distribution again this Saturday due to the extreme cold weather predicted for Saturday morning and the number of our regular volunteers who are still homebound with no power. The Red Cross is in town feeding people at the Lewis Johnson Center 1-29 through 1-31. It is our understanding that the Shelter at the City Auditorium is also feeding our citizens who need assistance.
