🌈💙 Making Room for Everyone to Shop Local! 💙🌈

We love seeing local businesses find meaningful ways to make our community more welcoming and inclusive!

The Grocery Basket Plus Store is introducing STIMS Saturdays, opening one hour early on Saturdays to provide a calmer shopping experience for neurodivergent customers and their families. With lower lighting and no music, the quieter environment is designed to create a more comfortable experience for guests who may be sensitive to noise, bright lights or other sensory stimulation.

One simple change can make a BIG difference. 💙

We have some VERY EXCITING news for our community! On Saturdays we will have the Plus Store open an hour early to accommodate our neurodivergent customers and their families. The lights will be low & the music off to offer the calmest environment for our guests to feel welcome.

Keeping Grenada looking its best! 🌿💚

A little teamwork goes a long way when it comes to taking pride in our community. We’re thankful for the crews who are willing to pitch in and lend a hand where it’s needed.

Grenada County recently teamed up with the City of Grenada to tackle mowing along the interstate, helping keep one of our community’s most visible gateways clean and maintained. Thanks to everyone who continues to invest time and effort!

🚂 A big thank you to the railroad guys at Pinsly Railroad Company for taking the time to visit Lake Cormorant High School and share their knowledge and experience through the Three Rivers Career Coaches program! 🚂

We truly appreciate these industry professionals for volunteering their time, sharing their expertise, and investing in the next generation of Mississippi’s workforce. Opportunities like this help students see that exciting career paths can be right in their own backyard!
