For nearly 40 years, Tracy has dedicated her career to supporting children, birth parents, and adoptive families.

Today, as Executive Director of Courageous Hearts Adoptions Arizona, she brings not only decades of professional experience in foster care, adoption, and pregnancy counseling—but also a deeply personal understanding of what it means to support women facing difficult decisions.

As a teen mother herself, Tracy experienced firsthand the challenges, stigma, and lack of support many young women face. Those experiences inspired a lifelong commitment to helping others navigate pregnancy, parenting, and adoption with dignity, compassion, and respect.
