Getting reports today that someone may have driven through the neighborhood overnight looking for mailbox goodies.

If you have any information about this, please forward it to the authorities. I've checked my Ring camera and it failed to capture anything useful, but yours may be different.

In the meantime, as a reminder, don't forget that your mail can be a target of theft. This is especially true for valuable packages and checks!

As many of you know from our meeting, our budget this year is very tight due to some past expenses and us needing to build up the mandatory reserve.

With that being said we are looking for some volunteers to help with some landscaping the weekend of May 22-23. Volunteers will be cutting down some of the dead trees and pulling weeds at the entrance.
