As they’ve worked this week to build a house on Marion Avenue, our student volunteers from Boston College have been under the tender care of the congregation of Westminster Presbyterian Church. We are thankful for this kindness and enjoyed hearing the students speak so fondly about their new friendships!

Our ministry is once again building new low-cost housing, and who better to relaunch this program than our friends from the Appa Volunteers of Boston College! For over twenty years, students from Boston have traveled all the way to Greenwood on their spring break to join our crew. We’re thrilled to see them again, and grateful for the volunteers and staff who have made them feel welcome!

We are very grateful for our Greenwood area Lowe’s. They have recently donated a significant amount of interior paint to our non-profit. This paint will help us finish our home repairs and especially help our clients to keep their repair costs down. Thank you so much Lowe’s!!!!
