Would you like to own a piece of history? Greenwood has several historic buildings for sale such as 222 Howard Street in the heart of our Historic Main Street District!

Built in 1901 by Samuel J. Stein, this three story building was originally the Greenwood Hotel and Restaurant.

It became home to WGRM Radio Station owned by the Ewing family in 1940 making it famous by being known as the station where young B. B. King Blues Legend performed his first live radio broadcast.

The building underwent an extensive restoration in 2004 as a bottom floor restaurant and second floor blues museum. Today, 222 is used as a venue space.

The building is an official stop on the Mississippi Blues Trail.

This building is in mint condition and ready to open as a restaurant and live music bar!
