Joe Settles, a founding member of Local 4252, is retiring after 35 years of service.

Last night, the Bargersville Community Fire Department had the honor of graduating Recruit Class 26-01.

These recruits have put in weeks of hard work and training to prepare themselves for the job, and they’re ready to hit the streets this weekend.

Congratulations to each of you on reaching this milestone. Welcome to the community, and welcome to Local 4252.

We’re also proud to share that all eight recruits made the decision to join the union. That says a lot about their commitment to the profession and to standing together from day one.
