We are thrilled to announce our 5th Annual Warriors' Day Out 2027! Join us on March 14 from 11-4 PM at The Sycamore at Mallow Run for a day of pampering and celebration in honor of the brave women in our community who are fighting or have overcome breast cancer and their supporters.

We’ll be offering spa services, lunch, prizes, and more to uplift these incredible women at this FREE event.

When support becomes action, indeed.

We are so glad to have had the opportunity to help Officer Moody and his family and grateful for such collaborative partners!

When support becomes action.

When Trafalgar Police Officer Dustin Moody suffered life-changing injuries in a 2022 line-of-duty crash, everyday life became more complicated for Dustin and his family—including something as essential as getting to appointments and spending time together.

That’s where community collaboration made a difference.

CIPF partnered with UpLift Johnson County to help raise tens of thousands of dollars toward the Moody family’s needs. Then Carver Toyota stepped forward with a vehicle, and BraunAbility provided the equipment and modifications needed to make it fully accessible for Dustin’s power wheelchair.

In less than two months, a shared vision became a reality—and the Moody family gained something invaluable: greater independence and freedom.

“This has been such a positive experience in such a negative time in our lives,” Dustin’s wife, Emily, shared. “It’s an answer to a prayer.”

This is what can happen when a community comes together to support those who serve. No one organization did it alone. Together, they turned generosity into action.

In preparation for our UpLift A Family Christmas Food Drive, we are seeking a few more community partners to become food collection sites!

Together with Firefly Children & Family Alliance, we’re working to provide food for 100 Johnson County families during the 10-day Christmas break from school.

Your business can make a meaningful difference by hosting a collection box and inviting employees, customers, and community members to donate.

🚨 URGENT - JOHNSON COUNTY SENIORS NEED YOUR HELP 🚨

Can you spare just $10 to get a senior to their life-saving medical appointment?

We are almost HALF WAY to our goal of raising $50,000 toward two new service vans for Johnson County Senior Services! If just 2,500 people contribute $10.00, we'll have done it!

Transportation is the program on which JCSS was founded almost nearly 50 years ago and remains a cornerstone of their work today.

However, they lost two of their vans to catastrophic mechanical failures within days of each other, severely limiting their reach and the access to transportation seniors so desperately need.

Every gift - big or small - helps local seniors reach life-saving appointments and maintain their independence.

On Tuesday, September 17th, UpLift Johnson County teamed up with United Way for a Day of Caring that left our hearts full! We spent the day beautifying the exterior and interior of Girls Inc. of Johnson County in Franklin.

A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to all the incredible volunteers who gave their time and energy to make a positive impact in our community. Your passion and commitment truly uplifted Johnson County. Together, we're making a difference, one act of kindness at a time. Let's keep spreading the love and support for our community!

What a weekend at Dancing With The Johnson County Stars! First, a huge thank you to the organizers for inviting us to be part of this incredible two-night event on Friday, September 11th and Saturday, September 12th. We had an absolute blast both nights.

The highlight for us, of course, was watching our very own Executive Director, Wendy McClellen, take the stage both nights with her Dirty Dancing and Married with Children-inspired routines. Let's just say nobody put Wendy in a corner...and Al Bundy would be proud.

Wendy, thank you for reminding us that Executive Directors know how to have the time of their lives too. Two nights, two showstopping routines each time, amazing job!
