This year, we had the privilege of providing a beach vacation to a wonderful family who tragically lost their home in a fire. We hope this time together gave them an opportunity to rest, reconnect, and create new memories during an incredibly difficult chapter of their lives.
This year was especially meaningful because Nanny and Pop’s great-grandson helped present the vacation. When this foundation began, he was only two years old. Over the past seven years, our family has also welcomed several more little Tollisons into the world—something we know Nanny and Pop would have absolutely loved to see.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. LJ and the incredible staff at Hickory Tavern Elementary School for identifying such a deserving family. A special thank you to Quality Chrysler, Kia, Nissan for generously providing transportation to and from the beach, helping make this experience possible.
To everyone who has supported The Nanny & Pop Foundation over the past seven years—thank you. Your kindness and generosity continue to make moments like this possible, and we are honored to carry on Nanny and Pop’s legacy by serving families in our community. ❤️
