One last important step forward for our H.O.P.E. athletes this weekend at the USAG Elite Qualifier ✨🇺🇸

Congratulations to Elisabed, Maria and Penelope for stepping onto the floor among the country’s top athletes and representing H.O.P.E. with grace, determination, and heart. Competing at this level takes courage, resilience, and countless hours of dedication, and we are very proud of all of you. 💫

And a very special shout out to Elisabed for advancing all the way to USA Nationals! 🇺🇸👏 Well done Lizzi. 🎉🎉🎉
Lizzi started her journey with us in September 2021, at 10 years old. She arrived with only very limited recreational experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Five years later, even with all of our limitations over the years, she made to the main stage in the country NATIONALS.

Lizzi is a reflection of how H.O.P.E. always believed in developing each gymnast according to their own journey and timing. What truly matters is patience, consistency, and finding the right strategy for every athlete — without comparisons.

As H.O.P.E. approaches the end of this beautiful chapter, it feels incredibly meaningful to see one of our athletes complete the journey all the way to Nationals. From our small beginnings, limited training conditions, and endless sacrifices, to standing among the best in the country — moments like this represents everything this project was built for.

A journey built with passion, resilience, creativity, and belief against all odds — constantly transforming and reshaping itself along the way. Like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, H.O.P.E. gave the world beautiful and powerful butterflies now ready to spread their wings. 🦋

The journey will continue, only in another shape!

Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

On this final Mother’s Day together as same team, I want to truly thank the mothers who fully embraced H.O.P.E. and stood by my side through every step of this journey. Together, we helped bring our gymnasts to a level many believed was impossible given the limited hours and low-ceiling facilities these girls grew up training in.

During crucial developmental years, we worked without ideal conditions, yet we taught our athletes one powerful lesson: if we truly want it, we can achieve it.
And we did.

Because H.O.P.E. was always a mother’s affair.

Mothers do not focus on limitations. Mothers see potential. They believe before anyone else does. And today, as we reach the end of this chapter together, I stand in awe of everything we accomplished through the power of a mother’s love, dedication, sacrifice, and belief.

Thank you to every mother who stood beside me and helped make this dream a reality. What we built together will forever be bigger than gymnastics. ❤️

I am very excited for the next chapter of this amazing sport life. The fun continues with even bigger dreams and challenges. 🎉🎉❤️❤️❤️❤️

R4 L6-8 Regional Championship 2026

And just like that, we close our Regional Championship journey.

Our coaches are incredibly proud of Catalina, Alice, and Adeline, who set their goals back in September and showed up this weekend with remarkable improvement, courage, and discipline.

Alice is only in her second season of rhythmic gymnastics. Moving from Xcel last year to Level 6 Regionals, with no previous RG experience, took tremendous courage — and her progress in such a short time has been unbelievable.

Adeline started with HOPE last August, skipped Level 5, and had to take on ribbon with the demands of Level 6. She embraced the challenge and grew beautifully.

Catalina also skipped a level, moving from Level 6 to Level 8, and truly showed control, confidence, and mastery of her risks.

Each of them exceeded the expectations set for this season. Our goal was progression — and all three gymnasts reached and surpassed the marks planned for them.

Congratulations to our HOPE coaches and community. One final Regional Championship completed.

Thank you, R4 Director , for another amazing Regional Championship. Thank you to the judges and to all the wonderful professionals with whom I have shared this incredible journey.

HOPE breaks the ceiling again.
A tradition since 2017, when this Rhythmic nonprofit project began.

Every single year, we raised the bar.
From a simple Beauty and the Beast L3 floor routine in 2018…
to two FIG (International Federation of Gymnastics) medals at the start of 2026.

Step by step. Season by season. One leap at a time.

Congratulations, Amanda!
You didn’t go to that podium alone—you carried an entire community with you. So many hands, hearts, and beliefs are part of this achievement.

And the most exciting part?
We are just getting started.
To think that the true journey in Rhythmic Gymnastics is still 4 years away!

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible path.

2026

Since 2024, when H.O.P.E. began competing internationally, I have prioritized events with a FIG-sanctioned component—giving our athletes the chance to experience the true level of our sport, even before reaching national teams.

From Gracia Cup (2024), to Miss Valentine (2025), and now Koop Cup (2026), each step has elevated our gymnasts.

Sharing the carpet with such high-level athletes continues to raise our technical standard.

Huge shoutout to Amanda for representing Brazil and bringing H.O.P.E. to the FIG podium twice — 🥈 Hoop & 🥉 Ribbon. She advanced for 4 finals with the highest score in Clubs and second highest in ribbon.
Back-to-back weekends. No slowing down.

Congratulations to Catalina for 🥇 Floor (2013, non-FIG).
So proud of you. 🎉🎉🙌🙌🙌🙌

So special to have Elena Friscia back with us — we truly missed the Friscia family ❤️

Anja reached 4 Senior FIG finals, gaining invaluable experience among the sport’s top names.

Proud of Maria, Penelope, and Polina for an incredible international experience.

Thank you to and the organizing committee for delivering such an exceptional event — outstanding venue, great organization, and top-level competition.

Congratulation HOPE Coaches and community. Incredible work.
Thank you to everyone involved in this amazing project.

Junior Classic – Central 2026

And just like that, the first round of qualifications of the season is complete. ✨

I couldn’t be more proud of our athletes who stepped onto the competition carpet among 73 incredible gymnasts, all fighting for a coveted Elite Qualifier spot. The level was high, the pressure real—and HOPE rose to the occasion.

Leading from Day 1… and never letting go.
Amanda stood at the top of the rankings from start to finish—an extraordinary achievement against older, more experienced competitors.
She delivered not only outstanding technical routines, but the mindset of a true champion. 💫

Huge shoutout to Elisabed—a tough first day, but a fierce comeback on Day 2 securing her ticket to the Elite Qualifier as she heads to the Georgian National Competition.
4 Classic medals—resilience at its best. Good luck, Lizzi! 🇬🇪✨

Congratulations Polina for bringing home a Junior Classic medal in ribbon—beautiful ribbon work and well deserved! 🙏
