On Sunday, September 27th, we’ll be welcoming Tim Warfield and his Organ Band, Terell Stafford, Pat Bianchi, Byron Landham, and Daniel Sadownick to the stage at the Greenwich Jazz Festival.

Tim Warfield is one of my favorite contemporary saxophonists, who has appeared on two previous BackCountry Jazz festival concerts. This will be his first appearance at the Greenwich Jazz Festival with his organ band.

Duduka Da Fonseca. This August 9th at the Greenwich Jazz Festival, we’ll be spotlighting one of our longtime friends here at BackCountry Jazz: Brazilian jazz master Duduka Da Fonseca and his Quarteto Universal (Vinicius Gomes, Helio Alves, Gili Lopes, and Maucha Adnet).

Duduka has a long and storied career as a Brazilian jazz drummer, and is a four time Grammy nominee. We’re looking forward to putting him back on our stage this summer. Visit our Link in Bio for tickets.
