Dear Community Members and Partners,
The Association of Mexicans in North Carolina, Inc. (AMEXCAN), invites you to celebrate International Women’s Month with our 3 upcoming in person events. Our main event, Empower Her, will take place Friday, March 13 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, located at the Community Center at Alice F. Keene Park located at 4561 County Home Rd Greenville, NC 27858. This event follows the theme of “Give to Gain.” We look forward to collaborating with local food/store providers and distributors who support and understand the importance of these events for women.
In specific this main event will consist of tabling stations, interactive activities such as an affirmation session, photo booth session, and our main activity of bouquet making. We will be ending the event off with food.
Our last two events will be Loteria Night and Self Care Night. Loteria Night will take place Friday March 20 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Self Care Night on Friday March 27 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Both of these events will be located at 261 Belvoir HWY, Greenville, NC 27834. We kindly ask partners if they could donate gift items for our 3 prize winners on Loteria Night.
