Carolina Family Services provides trusted mental health and psychiatric care for children, teens, and families across the Upstate.

We offer evidence-based therapy, school partnerships, and personalized support—because every family deserves care. Carolina Family Services has two office locations in Greenville and Spartanburg. Our pediatric program offers well-child checks, health screenings (including vision, hearing, and sport physicals), sick visits, immunizations (coming soon), and newborn and infant health care. For our me

ntal and behavioral health services, we provide outpatient counseling, medication management, and intensive in-home behavioral health therapy. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

Yesterday, we took a small moment to say “we’re so berry grateful for you” to the incredible team behind Carolina Family Services.

Our team shows up every day for children, adults and families across our communities — bringing compassion, patience, expertise and heart to work that isn’t always easy, but always matters.

A yogurt and berry bar may be a small gesture, but the gratitude behind it is anything but small. We see the long days. We see the extra effort. We see the moments that happen quietly, without recognition. And we are incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to be part of this mission.

To our CFS team: thank you for the difference you make, one person, one family and one day at a time. 🫐🍓

All Families Matter. 💙💛❤️

Those three words have guided Carolina Family Services for 20 years.

What began with a mission to provide quality, family-centered behavioral health services has grown into so much more—not because our mission changed, but because we learned just how many ways families sometimes need someone to show up.

Over the years, that has meant providing care in counseling rooms, homes, schools and communities. It has also meant filling backpacks so children can start school prepared, providing supplemental food support, helping families during the holidays, connecting families with resources, and stepping in when everyday needs become barriers.

Because supporting a family means seeing the whole family and the whole picture.

Today, CFS has grown far beyond where we started, but the belief at the heart of our work remains the same:

All Families Matter.

On National Nonprofit Day, we celebrate our incredible team, community partners, donors and supporters—and every family who has trusted us to be part of their story.

20 years of showing up. And so much more still to come. ❤️

Community, connection, and a little fun outside the office. 💙⚽️

Our Carolina Family Services team had such a great evening at Greenville Triumph’s Community Impact Night — celebrating alongside so many of the nonprofits, community leaders, and organizations doing meaningful work throughout the Upstate.

A special thank you to our friends at Hughes Agency and the Greenville Triumph for inviting us to be part of the evening and for creating space to recognize and celebrate the people and organizations serving our community.

At CFS, our days are centered around supporting children and families — so getting the chance to step away, spend time together as a team, and simply enjoy the night was pretty special.

And yes… we even came home with a T-shirt. 😉💙

Last Saturday reminded us just how incredible this community truly is. 💙

Together, we helped ensure that more than 1,000 local children received a brand-new backpack filled with school supplies, dental kits, and other essentials as they prepared to head back to school.

But the impact didn’t stop there.

Families also enjoyed a free community giveaway featuring gently loved clothing, shoes, household items, and toys. Our neighborhood superheroes stopped by to create unforgettable smiles, and volunteers from every corner of our community gave their time, energy, and hearts to serve others.

This photo is proof that when people come together with a shared purpose, amazing things happen.

To every volunteer, partner, donor, and family who played a part—thank you. Your generosity didn’t just fill backpacks; it filled hearts and reminded so many families they are seen, supported, and never alone.

We couldn’t be more proud to be part of a community that shows up for one another. This is what community looks like. 💙
