Carolina Family Services provides trusted mental health and psychiatric care for children, teens, and families across the Upstate.

We offer evidence-based therapy, school partnerships, and personalized support—because every family deserves care. Carolina Family Services has two office locations in Greenville and Spartanburg. Our pediatric program offers well-child checks, health screenings (including vision, hearing, and sport physicals), sick visits, immunizations (coming soon), and newborn and infant health care. For our me

ntal and behavioral health services, we provide outpatient counseling, medication management, and intensive in-home behavioral health therapy. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

Last year, our community helped provide 1,250 backpacks filled with school supplies to local children across the Upstate.

With a team of nearly 50, it can be challenging to slow down long enough to truly connect outside of the day-to-day demands of serving others.

One of the things we value at Carolina Family Services is creating space for relationships—not just with our clients, but with one another.

Our Brunch Club gives team members an opportunity to step away from the office, share a meal, build connections, and strengthen the relationships that help make our organization what it is.

Grateful for mornings like these and for the incredible people who make this work possible every day. 🤍

Our 20K for 20 Years Auction has officially come to a close — and together, we raised $3,718 for local children and families in our community.

For 20 years, our mission has been rooted in showing up for children and families when they need it most — and your support helps us continue that work every day.

While we may not have reached our full goal, this campaign was still filled with generosity, encouragement, community support, and meaningful impact every step of the way.
