Due to an expected very rainy day Saturday, the outdoor Celebrate 250 KAL meetup at The Silos has changed to Zoom. An email has been sent to Guild members with the link so check your emails because it’s a different link than the one for the kickoff 2 weeks ago. And as always . . . knit on!

Many of us joke our yarn stashes will outlive us. Sadly, we forget about the WIPs fellow knitters leave behind. Loose Ends is an amazing group whose purpose is to finish WIPs for grieving loved ones. If you’re looking for a charitable knitting purpose in your life, please check out Loose Ends! It is truly a labor of love! Our Charity Director Allyson Shumate knits for Loose Ends, and is happy to answer any questions. Her email can be found in our newsletter.

KnitStars, an international knitting organization, is promoting in-person Meetup Weekend this coming weekend. Guild member Lisa Lamb has booked a room at the Hughes Library (main library in downtown Greenville) for us to meetup and knit from 10 - 1 pm. You don’t have to be a KnitStars or SCKG member to participate. Just grab your current WIP, a friend or two, and join us for a few hours of knitting!
