We want to send a huge thank you to all of our incredible vendors and shoppers who came out and made this year’s sale such a success and to our amazing 4-H families who made it all possible!

We were just 4 spaces short of being completely sold out — which is amazing! Your support, enthusiasm, and love for the equine community is what keeps this event growing year after year. 🐴

We truly appreciate everyone who attended, shopped, and helped spread the word. Because of you, this continues to be such a fun and successful event!

And the good news… we’ve already started planning for 2027! 👀

Tomorrow is the day! 🐴 Darke County Fairgrounds - 3/29 - 10am-3pm.

You’ll find an incredible selection of new and used tack, clothing, and all things horse-related—perfect for gearing up for the season or finding those hard-to-get items!

• Our annual Silent Auction hosted by the Silver Hoofs 4-H Club—always packed with great items
• Plenty of delicious baked goods, including treats from Karen Delk supporting the Raise the Roof Fundraiser, plus homemade goodies from our talented 4-H youth

Attention Vendors! Here are the details for set up!

Event Overview:
Date: March 23rd, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Location: Youth Building & Coliseum (both will be heated, thanks to generous donors!)

Set-Up Information:
Saturday, March 22nd: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Sunday, March 23rd: Starting at 7:00 AM
When you arrive for set-up, a team member will be available to assist you and direct you to your designated spot. Your spot will be clearly labeled with your name.

Event Details:
Sale Hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Please remain set up until 3:00 PM.

BBQ Dinner:
BBQ dinner tickets will be available for pick-up at the Youth Building entrance for those who pre-ordered them.
