We are now accepting vendor applications for the 1st Annual Vital Vines Wine Festival! 🍷✨

📍 The ALL NEW BUILDING: Convention Center, Darke County Fairgrounds — Greenville, OH (indoor event)

📌 How to Apply (and be officially accepted):
• Complete the form attached (or PM us for an email option), then scan & email it back.
• If accepted, mail the original completed form with payment.
• ⚠️ You’re not officially a vendor until we receive both your completed application and the booth rental fee.
🧾 Pertinent Details for Vendors:
• Booth Fee: $30 per 10’x10’ space (includes 1 logo glass + 2 tasting tickets per 10’ space). Corner booths are $50 and available on a first come, first served basis. Double booths are available for $50, however, if you are sharing a double booth with another vendor business, it is still $30 for each spot.
• Indoor Setup: Bring your own tables/chairs. Canopy/pop-ups are permitted.
• Set-Up Windows:
o Fri, Nov 14: 1–7pm
o Sat, Nov 15: 9–10:30am (must be fully set by 11:00am).
o No vehicles may be driven inside the building on Saturday.
• Deadline & Refunds: Application and payment due by Oct 15, 2025.
o Cancel by Oct 31st for a full refund.
o After Oct 31st, cancellations/no-shows are treated as a donation to Wayne HealthCare Foundation/Vital Vines Wine Festival. No exceptions.
• Food Vendors (incl. sampling): Must have appropriate Health Department permit
• Wi-Fi/Hotspot: If needed, arrange at your own expense.
• Taxes & Compliance: Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes and required permits/certificates (must be displayed if applicable).
• No subletting/third-party promotions in your booth without written consent.
• Booth placement at Festival’s discretion; support vehicles must park in designated lots.
• Need to be next to a specific vendor? Note their business name & contact on your application—we’ll do our best (no guarantees).
