Update on the playground! Fence is up, we have several play structures and a bench for the adults. We are so thankful for everyone who worked hard to get this up before the start of the program year!

Our first day is coming up this Tuesday, August 19th. We are incredibly excited to welcome the 24 enrolled students into our doors Tuesday morning!

08/09/2025

We had a workday at the church this morning to build everything we needed for PDO prior to our start date. We had 7 faithful volunteers plus our senior pastor and the PDO director getting everything setup. We built 4 backpack lockers, 1 buffet table with storage, a rolling storage cabinet, 2 rolling craft organizers, a small bookshelf, and 2 letter trays. This program is thriving because of the faithful support HTBC has shown to it! Thank you all!

Exciting update! We have officially broken ground on a new fence for our outdoor playground! This is a big step in creating a safe and secure space for the children to play and enjoy the sunshine. We can’t wait to see it all come together and watch the smiling, giggling faces run around and play!
