Our goal is to bring more joy and contentment into all of our student's lives, helping them to attain balance and health of total mind, body and spirit. ion different from other schools, is that we provide a personal connection with each of our students. Included with each monthly subscription to classes, along with other perks and VIP benefits, our students are also entitled to ongoing virtual or in person private coaching sessions, with one or both of our founding teachers. These valuable sessions allow the student to work with our teachers to set goals and develop a personalized plan to achieve total health of the mind, body and spirit. Our founding teachers have a unique combination of skills. They both come from licensed medical backgrounds, combined with extensive experience in fitness, nutrition, surgical weight loss, world travel, military and large family life, PTSD, existential crisis management, recovery and more. All of this, combined with certifications in mindfulness meditation and multi-style yoga. They have the ability to provide integrative medicine assistance, and help the student with creating their own ongoing personalized goals and plan, and work with them (and their healthcare providers where applicable) to achieve them. Our mission is to bring more joy and contentment into each of our student's lives through teaching the practices of mindfulness, multi-style yoga, meditation and multi-disciplinary wisdom derived from modern neuroscience along with other ancient eastern wisdom traditions and philosophies. We strive for all to achieve total health of the Mind, Body and Spirit, equating a modern day "awakening". We assist with personalized plans and goals for each student, and help with integration of these practices and new found perspectives, into our daily modern lives. We accomplish this primarily through student subscriptions to unlimited classes with our online school, though not losing touch with each student by maintaining goal setting coaching and developmental check in sessions throughout each student's attendance with our program. Additionally, we also work towards achieving our mission with the development and implementation of various virtual and local programs and classes, special seminars, retreats and community outreach programs. Our goal is to make these ancient teachings and practices accessible, affordable, easy to understand and applicable to our daily modern lives. These practices are not a belief system. They are compatible and able to be integrated with any religion, non-religion, faith or belief system.
