A HUGE shout out to Marshall Clements who chose our foster closet for his Eagle Scout project!! Our storage room was out of control and he graciously offered to compete anything we needed. We requested a storage rack and he provided, bins and all! This is a game changer for us. We are thrilled to be in a better position to help more people. 💙

Shout out to some of our church family AND Huey’s Coffee Greenville staff who came and helped us turn most of these unorganized donations into something we can actually work from to help kids and families in Hunt County! We still have some more work but we made huge progress today.

Update: Rescheduled for March 21

We will be having a work day at the church on February 28 to sort an abundance of donations that have come in. Prior to that we are in need of 2 dozen bins to sort clothing into. Please consider donating a bin or two, or a Hone Depot gift card. We will be using these HDX totes, which are about $9/each.

We purchased these clothing racks to quickly get the closet open. However, they are not working out as as well as as we hoped. They do not move well and we need them to so we can utilize our space well. If you see any clothing racks for sale in Hunt County, please let us know!

We are SO thankful for your generosity in getting The Foster Closet off to a great start! Currently we are overrun with clothing, so we are limiting clothing donations to the following:

- Newborn to 3T boys clothing
- Pajamas 2T to size 12; boys and girls

We also have a family in need of a double stroller. This would need to be new or in like new/excellent condition.
