Big congratulations to Riley Johnson on her promotion to Director of Development! 🎉

For the past 2.5 years, Riley has played a huge role in keeping NextGEN running, making sure the lights stay on (literally and figuratively!), and making so much of what we do possible.

This promotion is so well deserved, and we’re lucky to have her on our team. We’re excited to see all the things she’ll continue to accomplish at NextGEN! 💚

We had a great time today at the Milliken & Company Momentum Supplier Engagement Conference!

It was great to connect with entrepreneurs, suppliers, and established corporate companies from across the Upstate and beyond. The energy in the room was a great reminder of what can happen when people across industries come together, make connections, and explore new opportunities.

Generational Performance Solutions, founded by Kamber Parker Bowden, has been acquired by Greenville-based Find Great People. GPS has grown into a national workforce consulting firm focused on helping organizations navigate a multigenerational workforce.

It’s exciting to see a startup that was built here in Startupgvl reach this next chapter, and even more meaningful to see it happen with someone who has been part of the NextGEN community for years. Kamber continues to be involved through our VMS program, and we’re excited to see where this next chapter takes her and GPS.

Congrats, Kamber! 🎉
