Why relocate to Greenville-Pitt County? Ask these residents!

Colleen Bandle and Bri O’Donnell used to live on opposite sides of the country, but they were searching for many of the same things: a relaxed style of living, bountiful economic opportunities, affordability, and a welcoming community. They found all those things and more after deciding to relocate to Greenville-Pitt County, North Carolina.

A $15M upgrade to Greenville's Town Common, new streetscape projects, and more are underway!

Since its 1968 construction, the Town Common has been the central park in Greenville, North Carolina, and soon, it will serve the community in an even greater way. A $15 million project slated for completion in late 2026 will shore up the park’s bulkhead to better protect it from Tar River floods and offer Greenville-Pitt County residents and visitors an enhanced riverside experience.
