Providing a path to healing & employment for survivors of s*x trafficking, trauma and addiction. https://linktr.ee/jasmineroadsc

Modeled after the successful Thistle Farms in Nashville, Tennessee, Jasmine Road, Inc. was established originally as partnership between Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC) and Triune Mercy Center (Greenville, SC) to provide a safe and restorative home for five women who have been victims of prostitution, trafficking, and s*x abuse. By providing a rent-free home for two years while also providing healthcare, jobs skills training, and intensive counseling and trauma-informed therapy, these women will be given the tools they need to heal and contribute to society. In time, there will be a social enterprise program to employ these women and empower them to a living wage.

Recently, our Residential Team planned a beautiful retreat for the women of Jasmine Road in Sevierville, Tennessee. 🧡

Throughout the weekend, the women had the opportunity to participate in Gentle Hatha yoga and guided meditation, a mountain hike with grounding and journaling, an herbal self-care workshop, and a floating sound bath.

They shared every meal together and made space for intentional free time so each woman could take exactly what she needed from the weekend. 🌄
