Happy !
When people hear the word âfitness,â they often think of workouts and exercise. While movement is an important part of my life as a Division I collegiate dancer, Iâve learned that true wellness is so much more than that.
For me, wellness means finding balance between academics, leadership, service, dance, and taking care of myself. It means making time for movement, prioritizing sleep, giving myself grace, and investing in relationships and activities that bring purpose to my life.
The initiative reminds us that wellness isnât one-size-fits-all. Itâs about creating healthy habits that allow us to become the best version of ourselvesâphysically, mentally, and emotionally.
How are you prioritizing your wellness this week? â¨
