Strong Mamas is an amazing group made up of strong and active women including mothers in all stages of motherhood who can connect with each other through fitness. Strong Mamas is more than just a kid-friendly workout out group. It is a safe, supportive and encouraging community where you can get fit and make new friendships.

The class consists of power walking/running, body weight exercises, resistance band work and the use of our surroundings to create a challenging but fun workout for all fitness levels. And yes, you do all of this with your kiddos in tow! As a group member, you can also attend organized play dates, specialty classes, crafts for the kiddos and Strong Mamas Gal’s Nights Out that are offered every month!

We currently offer Monday-Friday morning classes from 9:30-10:30 am as well as select evening classes twice a week at 6:15pm. Rates start at $15/per class or $75/month for unlimited classes. Class packages available for purchase as well. Small, one-time sign up fee required (includes equipment for classes)

Our consignment sale not only provides a great place to shop for gently used baby and kid clothes, gear and equipment, it also gives back to a local non-profit, the Upstate MoMs of Multiples Club. The club provides support for parents of multiples in Upstate SC. This consignment sale directly impacts our MOMS in Need program.

Hey moms! I'm Mom to Daniel and Ezekiel who are 4 years old. We started fostering them at 7 months old and then adopted them in 2015. I'm a foster mom and a part-time child life specialist at the local childrens hospital and also an independent consultant for Rodan + Fields. R+F is a premium skincare company that are backed by Stanford trained dermatologists.

As busy moms we often are trying to figure out how to find more time and money. With R+F I've found just that, and a way to help others build their confidence. I love sharing about our clinically proven products and the options for owning your own biz that helps busy moms like us do life on our terms.
