Leadership Greenville is a program designed and facilitated by the Greenville Chamber to help develop informed, committed and qualified leaders for Greenville County. By taking an intensive look into the issues affecting Greenville County, Leadership Greenville prepares and motivates participants to provide quality, dynamic leadership within the area. The mission of the Harvest Hope Food Bank is t

o provide for the needs of hungry people by gathering and sharing quality food with dignity, compassion and education. Harvest Hope today is a regional food distribution organization that collects, stores, and distributes food and related items that assist families and children throughout 20 counties in central South Carolina. Harvest Hope Backpack Program:
At our kids cafe sites, and select schools with 50% free and reduce breakfast and lunch, needy children also participate in the BackPack Program. Each child receives a backpack of child-friendly, nutritious, easy-to-open food to last them over the weekend. Teachers and counselors report improved attendance, grades, and behavior from the children receiving the Backpacks.
