Down Syndrome Association of the Upstate, SC The Down Syndrome Association of the Upstate is a non-profit, volunteer organization which helps enrich the lives of those affected by Down Syndrome.

Our Vision: To be recognized by people with Down Syndrome and their families, educators, healthcare professionals and the community-at-large as the preeminent organization in Upstate South Carolina for information, networking and advocacy for Down Syndrome.
