We meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 12 o'clock at the Greenville Golf and Country Club.

The Kiwanis Club of Greenville, in partnership with the Greenville Fire Department, had the privilege of serving a meal at Sacred Space.

Volunteers began preparing the meal at 4:30 p.m. and started serving guests at 5:30 p.m. It was a rewarding experience to come together in service and fellowship while helping meet a need in our community.

Seeing the smiles on the faces of those we served made the evening especially meaningful. The Kiwanis Club remains committed to improving the lives of children and strengthening our community through service, one act of kindness at a time. International #

The Kiwanis Club of Greenville proudly partnered with WWISCAA for the Wisdom & Wellness Expo for Senior Citizens, held today from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Washington County Convention Center in Greenville, Mississippi.

The event celebrated Older Americans Month and brought together senior citizens, community organizations, and healthcare professionals for a day of education, engagement, and wellness.

Kiwanis members were honored to support this meaningful event and remain committed to improving the lives of citizens of all ages through service and community partnerships.

On yesterday, the Kiwanis Club of Greenville recognized several “Terrific Kids” with treats and certificates for their exemplary academic performance. The schools recognized were Edna Scott Elementary School and School Park Middle School. Congratulations to all of the students for their hard work, dedication, and academic achievements. Keep up the great work!

Yesterday, the Kiwanis Club of Greenville recognized our Layperson of the Quarter in the category of Public Safety / Public Servant. This award highlights individuals who consistently go above and beyond—those who not only fulfill their duties but truly make a meaningful impact in the community.

We were especially honored to recognize Billy Barber, Chief Deputy and head of the Washington County Sheriff Department. His dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to public service exemplify what it means to serve with excellence.
It was truly a privilege to celebrate him and his contributions with this well-deserved recognition.

Yesterday, the Kiwanis Club of Greenville, alongside the Kiwanis Club of Mid-Mississippi, had an amazing experience at the Mid-Year Conference. We were honored to receive several recognitions, including 2024–2025 Distinguished Secretary, Gold Star Club, and Make the District Pay.

In addition, we had the opportunity to sit on a panel discussion about our pancake breakfast fundraiser, where we shared insights and highlighted what makes our event successful. Clayton Barksdale also led us in prayer.

Beyond the awards, the fellowship was truly exceptional. We enjoyed connecting with fellow Kiwanians, sharing ideas, and gaining valuable insights. We look forward to implementing many of the great ideas we learned as we continue serving our community.

Today, Kenneth L. Gines, Membership Chair, successfully concluded our new members orientation. We are grateful to all members who contributed and shared valuable information to help our new members become engaged and confident in getting involved, as well as encouraging them to share their ideas with us.

🥞 It’s that time of year again — Kiwanis Annual Pancake Breakfast! 🥞

Join us on Saturday, February 28th from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Buster Brown Community Center for a morning of great food and fellowship!

Come enjoy our delicious, fluffy pancakes, sizzling savory sausage and bacon, and a hot cup of coffee or juice — all served with a warm smile.

We also extend our sincere thanks to our own Nicholas Evans, Northern Regional Director of Workforce Services at the WIN Job Center, for sharing valuable information on the wide range of services they offer. In addition, we had the pleasure of welcoming and officially pinning Felicia Williams as our newest Kiwanis member.
