Eden’s Glory

Lorna enjoyed having lunch with the women of Soroptimist International of Vandalia today and sharing updates on all that Eden’s Glory is doing to fortify survivors and end human trafficking. 🌿

The Vandalia Soroptimists have given so much to our work over the years, including building the Free Little Library that lives outside our office! 💛✨

Thank you to Lorna Gaffney of Eden’s Glory for being our program presenter today. Eden’s Glory operates with the mission to fortify survivors, educate communities and end human trafficking through a Christ-centered approach. We learned about their programs in prevention, survivor restoration, community education and outreach.

✨Welcome back, Kennedy!✨

Kennedy is a familiar face to many because she's worked in several roles at Eden's Glory: Intern, House Manager, Program Director, Volunteer, Donor, and now Clinical Therapist for our Minors Program! 💛

"I am excited to be a part of EG in a new way with a new set of skills. Thank you for welcoming me back! I believe partnership with Jesus is the most fulfilling path to healing, and I'm excited to rejoin a team passionate about the same."

Tell Kennedy congrats in the comments!

October 1st marks 90 days until the end of the year, and we're over halfway to our goal! 💛

Today Kylie & Elli were on Southern Illinois University Edwardsville | SIUE’s campus for their Social Work Practicum Fair! ✨

As Social Work Interns attending Greenville University, they had a lot of fun networking with peers and sharing the opportunities Eden’s Glory offers for both undergrad and graduate students.

We couldn’t do this work without our interns, and we love investing in future generations of world-changers.💛

Today, Skylar, Elli, and Kylie had the opportunity to represent Eden’s Glory the Lewis and Clark Community College Resource & Wellness Fair! ✨

We’re grateful for the chance to connect with our community, network with other organizations, and build meaningful partnerships with groups doing incredible work. 💛

We’re excited to continue connecting, collaborating, and creating a stronger support network together!
