Tonight we will meet at 6:30 pm for our annual Christmas party. Ham will be provided. Please bring side dishes to share. A gift exchange will follow. You can bring a present for a man, woman, or either. Preferably related to the Rockhound hobby. It can be handmade. Around $10 value at least. Come join us for this end of year celebration.

Tomorrow night’s meeting will be our
Annual Christmas dinner at 6:30 pm not 7:30 pm. Please bring a side dish or dessert. Turkey will be provided.
After eating we will swear in officers for 2024.
Then we will have our naughty Santa gift exchange. We bring gifts related to our hobby. Some past examples are jewelry people made, rock specimens collected or purchased, books, and other handmade items. Nothing over $20. The naughty comes in to play as you are allowed to steal items others have opened. After an item has been stolen 3 times it is frozen and can not be taken.

Wescagem will have a booth to do demonstrations and distribute hand outs at the at the Upstate SC Gem and Mineral Show. The show will be open from 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and from 11am to 5pm on Sunday.

Tonight’s meeting at 7:30 pm at Northside United Methodist church.
Bob Ripley will explain and show some examples of folded metal shapes that can be used to create jewelry parts using copper, brass, and silver. He also will use a couple of volunteers to assist him in presenting the program. Come join us for this informative program!
