Did you know that... CASC and HVA has a yearbook that is made by students and parents for all stdents. This yearbook has 80 color pages and is shipped to your door. When you order before the deadline your student gets to design 2 free pages just for their yearbook. And friends from Cyber Academy can sign the yearbook virtually before the deadline.
The Cost of this yearbook won't break the bank either. Its only Soft Cover Price Before Tax$28.22, or Hard Cover Price Before Tax$34.00 plus shipping and handling. You are not required to buy a yearbook to be in the yearbook. Here is a link to submit pictures to the yearbook.

CASC HVS PTSO receives a proposition of the sales to help with events for next year, and a tree is planted for each yearbook purchased. Last year our school had over 100 planted in its name. Let's try and bet that this year.

Don't forget to order your yearbook by June 6th, 2024. Please submit photos, student portraits, accomplishments, school outings, and other school-related images to help fill the school's yearbook with memorable moments from the 2023-2024 school year. Also include photos of club activities, student-athletes, and student highlights. The deadline is June 6th, 2024
(This is a fundraiser for the CASC PTSO, which enables us to organize PTSO contests, host outings, and provide food for dances. This is how we compensate for our membership into the PTSO.)

Don't forget to sign up for the Apri Outing!! Are you ready to enjoy the warmer weather? The CASC & HVA PTSO is Hosting the April 12, 2024, Outing Aquariums and Zoo in South Carolina. Are there any Riverbanks Membership Visitor passes available this year that someone isn't using? To keep the cost of our event affordable for our families and our non-profit PTSO, we are looking for someone who would be willing to give a few passes.
Membership Tip: We get ours printed out if we don't use them during the year so we are able to use them for these kind of events and they don't expire for another year. All you need to do is call them and ask them to mail them before your new membership kicks in. If you don't get them printed they expire when the new membership rolls over.

Our all volunteer parent group has pulled this off twice now with students and parents all over the state in the past 7 years of our mission to get families together and socialize with our school friends. This year, our school suggested adding three other locations for our students all over the state to attend, so any help is greatly appreciated. We are also planning for Greenville Zoo, Ripley's Aquarium, and SC Aquarium Charleston so this will be a major task for us homeschool parent volunteers. Any advice is appreciated as well as this is quite daunting with only a few dedicated volunteers at the moment.
